Program registration and payment processing are handled through ThriveCart and Stripe. DB Essential Oils does not process payments directly.

How to Request a Refund or Resolve Billing Issues

For refund requests, billing questions, or payment processing issues, please use the support instructions provided in your ThriveCart registration confirmation. That confirmation includes the correct order details needed to locate your purchase.

If you have not received your registration confirmation, please check your spam/junk or promotions folder first, and then follow the support guidance provided at the time of registration.
